Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or promotional events.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays

  • Orders placed during sales events or high-demand periods may require additional processing time

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information

Aviroviais pleased to offer international shipping to many regions around the world. However, delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, Avirovia will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link.

This tracking information allows you to follow your shipment as it moves through the carrier’s delivery network.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If you cannot locate your tracking email or experience difficulty tracking your package, please contact our support team and we will assist you.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances may cause unexpected shipping delays.

Possible causes of shipping delays include:

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Avirovia as soon as possible at service@avirovia.com. Our team will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

However, once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

After a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier service.

Although Avirovia is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery, we are happy to assist customers in contacting the carrier and investigating delivery issues whenever possible.
